Far superior to Time Force on PS1 and Lightspeed Rescue on N64.
Not so good for time
I'll admit, this is a lot better than what we had with its Nintendo 64 conversion, but that doesn't mean that everything shines gold here on this version.
Graphically, they are very good if you want to make the most of the console's graphics, as well as a soundtrack that, while not horrible, leaves a little to be desired. Now everything is coming down because of its playability, although it is true that being a Beat'em Up (which at that time lost its popularity considerably) it feels so weak and poorly executed, making the game not as fun. How repetitive it is, and adds to the input lag that it may have.

Absolutely bad.
This game is not so good.Power Rangers could be a better game if the programmers had done more work. The graphics are extremely simple, and there are some bugs. The sound is so-so.The musics are terrible but the voices are great. The gameplay is simply B.A.D.The controls make the response two or three seconds after you press the button. The game is not so cool. It's short. The only so-so thing is the Megazord Arena. My scores:
GRAPHICS-5/10 SOUND-5/10 GAMEPLAY-2/10 FUN FACTOR-4/10
My overalls: 4/10.
