Fluffy Disney short about a wild coyote who's chased into the back of a truck and finds himself transported to the urban jungle of Los Angeles. Once there he has to adjust to his new surroundings in the city and suburbs. Harmless and innocent, it's a fun but slight effort from cinematographer and director Jack Couffer. Rex Allen narrates the coyote's adventure. The coyote, called Chico, is cute and the location shooting is a big plus. Apparently there were real wild fires happening in the area at the time of filming, so they got some free special effects out of that. Worth a look if you enjoy nature stuff, particularly with a Disney touch.
My Uncle Gary worked on this set. He worked with the training of the animals. So proud of him.
He worked on multiple Walt Disney movie sets.
Grizzly Adams too.
