Leila was nearly bitten in the neck by Borgoff after she saw two holes on his neck.

Minor profanity of the "damn" and "hell" variety throughout.

On several occasions a man is shown being injected with a drug. The drug enhances his powers and clearly takes a toll on his body (it is not taken for enjoyment or due to addiction). He is otherwise shown lying in a hospital-like bed. As he uses his spirit as a bomb, his hand falls down with his syringe, meaning, it is implied that he injected himself.

Leila drinks beer at the restaurant.

Vampires and werewolves are featured throughout.

Many scenes of a frightening though not gross nature figure into the plot as an action film. Some sites classify it as horror, but those elements are downplayed.
