After the plane crashed upside down, the guns were removed from the gun rack right side up, (i.e. stock down). If the plane was upside down, the stock of the rifle would be upward.
The Chevrolet Caprice used in the film is first shown without the two police style spot lights on it while driving through New York City, then when it arrives at the cemetery, the spotlights are on the car.
At the cemetery, the taxi cab's hubcaps disappear and re-appear between shots.
When Cosmo and Royce are leaving New York City heading to the cemetery they are in a Suburban. When leaving the city it is a 3/4 ton Version (the steel wheels give it away). When they are seen on the road heading to cemetery, it is a 1/2 ton (aluminum wheels). When they get rammed at cemetery and it raises up, clearly 3/4 style wheels again.
After the cemetery chase (and Newman's death) both Cosmo's arms are fine, but at the U.S. Marshals office, his right arm is in a sling. This makes no sense, as he dodged out of the way in time as Sheridan crashes the Lincoln into the GMC.
Federal PAT planes do not have windows other than in the cockpit.
Due to FAA regulations, prisoners are not allowed to be
chained to any part of an airplane.
When the prisoner on the plane asks to use the toilet the guard says hold it and that they will be landing in 20 minutes, but in reality guards are not allowed to tell any prisoner the time frame of any transport especially when it is a federal prisoner transport.
Modern airline windows are made of Lexan and do not shatter when struck by objects. They are also smaller than the ones depicted in this film.
Prison transports use special high security handcuffs, which require a special key, and can't be opened using an ordinary handcuff key or by merely picking the lock with a straight, thin, metallic object.
Cosmo is seen wearing his sunglasses after Royce breaks them.
However, in several scenes, it can be seen that the broken arm has been taped back on.

When Noah enters the senior's apartment, the door is open but when Sam shows up after Noah is shot, he kicks in the door.
In the beginning of the movie, they show the U.S. Marshals storming an apartment. While getting ready to cuff one of the gang members, Biggs is shown ejecting a magazine to reload. As no shots were fired by him, there would be no reason to do this.
After the plane crash, an Illinois State Police car can be seen in the background. The plane crashes 20 minutes (by air) outside of Memphis, and the border is about 200 miles from Memphis, so it's (barely) possible for the car to get there that fast.
Sheridan flees from the Queens Hill Cemetery on foot to the Lorelei Building, a Senior Home, supposedly still in Queens. He ends up on the roof with Gerard in hot pursuit, finally escaping to the roof of a train station nearby. This is the 125th Street Metro North Station in Harlem. As the train leaves the station, it is going North and bending right into Mott Haven (South Bronx).
There is a Wikipedia page for "Harlem 125th Metro North Station" that shows the "Loreli Building" at the corner of 125th and Park Ave (next to the train station). There are numerous YouTube videos of the 125th Metro North Station and Google maps provides an aerial view of the Metro North Station.
However, this film is not a documentary, and the altering of minor geographical items is not a Goof. IMDb Guidelines refer to it as "Creative Geography", and it is a widely used cinematic device.

After the bag switch on the crossing, the bag man hails a cab which is clearly marked "off duty".
When Mark crashes the car into the SUV, there is clearly no-one in it.
The GMC Suburban the team uses changes from a C1500 2x4 to a K1500 4x4 multiple times during the movie in different scenes. The GMC should not be changing, it is the U.S. Marshal's vehicle. Also, the rims are different on various scenes.
When Chen is first spotted on Sheridan's surveillance monitor, the surveillance camera is moving towards Chen before Sheridan reaches for the camera's remote control to move the camera himself.
Mark Sheridan speaks without moving his lips when he visits the friend who grudgingly helps him out.
The shadow of a helicopter can be seen just after the swamp scenes.
Reflected in the side of black car as it pulls into the cemetery.
The shadow of a camera can be seen when Sheridan sits down on the train.
When Sheridan jumps onto the train from the roof of the station, an airbag is visible on the other side of the train.
Reflected in the door of the car while the crew is chasing Chen in New York.
When Gerard finds Sheridan on the roof of the retirement home in Queens, NY, a pallet clearly marked with the word "Chicago" is visible.
During cemetery chase scene,Which are all supposed to be in New York, he starts out in Bohemian Cemetery in Chicago runs past a Chicago commuter train, then runs to the roof of building and jumps with a rope. But this rope must be 1000 miles long because he lands on a Metro North commuter train near 125th street New York City, NY.
When Gerard and Newman commandeer the Cadillac to chase Chen, a shot of the street clearly shows a downtown Chicago street and street signs. The stoplights are also painted green. When the shot changes to Biggs' and Cooper's car, the street lights are painted yellow, just as they would be in New York.
When Samuel Gerard is pointing to places on the map of Illinois he is pointing nowhere near Golconda or Metropolis. Also when he points to the Alexander County line he actually points to the border of Williamson and Johnson Counties. Alexander County is 45 miles from Williamson County.
When Sheridan jumps off of the Loreli building which is supposed to be in Queens, NY he winds up on top of a Metro North commuter train which only operates in the boroughs of The Bronx & Manhattan. The Queens location of the Loreli Bldg is confirmed when Newman's body is delivered to Elmhurst Hospital which is in Queens, NY.
Witness to the murder of Newman.
When Royce is handed, and brandishes, his Glock after the magazine has been swapped for an empty one he is apparently unaware the weapon is empty. The Glock is constructed from polymers with very few metal parts, as such it is very noticeable from the change in weight when the ammunition has been removed as it reduces the weight of the weapon by around one third.
Even if he had only just obtained the Glock, he would surely have noticed the tampering the moment it was returned to him and would have then replaced the magazine with a full one, or not attempted to discharge the firearm.
When Deputy Henry calls Deputy Gerard from Chicago, he reports Marie purchased a ticket to NYC. Gerard instructs Henry to get on the plane with her and that agents will meet him at JFK. Henry never told Gerard which airport.
There are numerous errors regarding to Gerard exchanging clips in the Glock 40s he and Royce used. For one thing, Gerard forgot to take out the already chambered bullet (since the gun was recently fired) from Royce Glock, and because the clip Gerard put into Royce's Glock was empty, Royce (who has handled guns before) would've noticed the difference in weight.
When the concierge at the apartment building identifies Sheridan, Noah asks him for a line, but he starts dialing before the concierge finishes accessing the outside line.
When Newman is about to enter the room in the nursing home, he has his weapon drawn and his finger is on the trigger. However, anyone with basic handgun safety training knows to keep their finger off the trigger until they're ready to fire.
