As the real Estate salesman Rolf Aebersold tries to sell the house of his aunt Martha without her knowledge, his ad wrongly ends up under "furnished rooms for rent". Later the surprised Rolf realizes, that his aunt has turned her house into a shared house community with three more tenants.
