- A wacky alien comes to Earth to study its residents and the life of the human woman he boards with is never the same.
- Bizarre television comedy with Robin Williams as Mork from Ork, who is an alien sent to Earth in an egg, to investigate Earth and report back to his superiors. As an outsider, Mork is unfamiliar with human customs and often questions some of the strange traditions that we take for granted. Much of the humor relies on Williams' unique comic voices and mannerisms. The show was perhaps most famous for Mork's greeting, "Nanu Nanu".—Tad Dibbern <[email protected]>
- Mork, an alien from the planet Ork, is sent to Earth to research it and report his findings to his superiors. He ends up living with a young woman, Mindy. She helps him learn about Earth and human ways and helps him adjust. This doesn't make him behave any less strange, however.—grantss
- Mork (Robin Williams) is a bumbling alien from the planet Ork sent to Earth in an egg, to study its inhabitants. He will report to his unseen superior, Orson (Ralph James), until reassigned. On Earth, he meets Mindy McConnell (Pam Dawber), an average woman who takes him in and shelters him. On befriending Mork, she signs herself up for some wacky adventures as Mork learns about human life, acting (and looking) very eccentric along the way. In addition to spouting "Nanu, Nanu", Mork had an uncanny ability to impersonate celebrity voices. Eventually, the relationship between Mork and Mindy jumped from a strong friendship to romance, and they married, eventually bearing a son, Mearth from Earth (Jonathan Winters), who aged backwards like his father.—Bloggers!
