Review of Une promenade en forêt

This time Moulin has to investigate around a kidnapping case. It is a good episode, very well paced, taut, tense. Anyway every kidnapping and ransom delivery scheme is riveting, never or rarely boring. This one makes no exception. That's also one of the few MOULIN episodes with solid action, gunfight scenes. Not really plausible though. But in this amazing French Tv show, many things are not believable, first the main character. I am not sure that most police commissioners behave like this. I really doubt. But that's precisely his charm, Yves Rénier was the best cast for this role. A good episode.
