All of the movies above are known for drivers, driving, iconic chase scenes. No, crazy CGI or computer enhanced driving but plausible and realistic go old fashioned stunt driving by real stunt drivers. Verily the definition of action films. Also Iconic performances by some acting heavyweights like Steve McQueen. Ford even released a 2001 5.0 Mustang in honor of the vehicle that was in filming probably the most impossible chase scene through the up and down streets of San Francisco. The French connection starring Gene Hackman and others revolutionized car chases. I'm totally with Ford vs Ferrari and even The Italian Job. Speed? Really? The only reason I gave this list a 6 was there were no Fast Furious movies but an opportunity for some great driving movies was completely missed.
