Burt Reynolds and Normal Fell are good in this old 1980s cop mystery. Seems like it was obviously made for TV. I'm surprised more people haven't seen and rated it. Decent especially for its time. Good acting, fine story, production value isn't great by standards today but must have been fine back then.
