Khandakar is a Bangladeshi well known actress more than two decades . Before starting her acting career, she served as a flight attendant. Deepa Khandakar made her acting debut through the drama serial 'Kakatua'. Her popular tel-dramas include 'Meghe Dhaka Manus', 'Ebong Ami', 'Andhakare Phul', 'Ghar Sangsar', 'Mohua', 'Swapnabhog', 'Society', 'Sakkhi Kutum', among many others. Khandakar debuted in film acting through "Bhaijaan Elo Re", made in Kolkata, India.
She is also receiving immense praise for her role as a presenter in TV show titled 'House Wife', where various subjects are discussed with invited guests. The program is being aired every Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 24.
