Marina Occhionero

Marina Occhionero was born in Asti in 1993.
She studied acting attending the Silvio d'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art, the Schaubuhne in Berlin, La Comédie-Française and the Conservatoire National d'Art Dramatique in Paris.
In 2016 she took part in the short film "Fuori sede" by Sergio Rubini and made her movie debut as the protagonist in "L'età imperfetta" by Ulisse Lendaro.
In 2017 she was cast inDonato Carrisi's thriller "La ragazza nella nebbia" alongside Toni Servillo and Lorenzo Richelmy. During the 71st edition of the Venice International Film Festival she won the Kinéo Giovani Rivelazioni Award.
In recent years she has taken part in important movie projects including "Il Primo Re" by Matteo Rovere, "In viaggio con Adele" by Alessandro Capitani, "Genitori quasi perfetti" by Laura Chiossone, "Il talento del calabrone" by Giacomo Cimini and "House of Gucci" by Ridley Scott. In 2022 she played Sannucci in "Monterossi - La serie" directed by Roan Johnson for Amazon Prime Video.In 2019, she won the prestigious Ubu award for Best Actress Under 35.
