Aljaz Tepina is a Slovenia based writer/director. He has been creatively involved in video production since 2008, mostly as a video director on his own projects. Most of them were in entirety written, shot and edited by him.
He has lived for two years in Istanbul, Turkey, where he received a Master of Arts degree in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design from Sabanci University. While in Istanbul, he has worked as a teaching assistant and researcher. For two years he was the program director of Student Cuts, an international student film festival.
He is balancing his work between commercial and artistic engagements. His interest lies in film language, especially camera movement and intellectual editing.
