"Britlin's demeanor and grace in all music industry environments, her exceptional and impressive scores, and her passion to give voice to the need for equality... she is not only a talented composer and vocalist, but an influence - in the best possible of ways. She inspires so many." - Lolita Ritmanis, Emmy Award winning and Oscar-shortlisted composer of "Blizzard of Souls." Founder of the Alliance for Women Film Composers.
"Britlin has worked by my side on several music as well as non-music related projects, bringing her remarkable talents as well as her inherent kindness and sensibilities to the collaborative process. Perhaps my favorite gift she possesses has been demonstrated in all of our projects, and that is her keen interest and listening skills. It's always pleased me to witness how she applies her newfound knowledge embodied within her inherent trust and care. Her abilities are often surprising, wrapped in a robust, collaborative spirit." - Thomas Bähler, vocal arranger and associate producer for "We Are The World", composer of "She's Out Of My Life" (recorded by Michael Jackson), and composer of music for Quincy Jones and Stephen Spielberg.
"Britlin's film compositions transcend score, elevating the narrative with tone and dimension, revealing core emotion, drama, tension and desire. Her sound is unique and fresh, bringing richness and invaluable depth to her compositions. As a director, she has been an ideal collaborator, exceeding my expectations, executing my visions in ways I never knew was possible." - Jessica Janos, L.A. based film director.
"It's so pure, the way she sings, her face and her intention. There's nothing there but goodness." - Eric Whitacre, Grammy Award winning composer.
"I've described her compositions as having a strangely harmonious combination of darkness and joy, but what I may have not made clear is how enchanting her work is. Luminous really, and perfect for movies that require a certain depth and range of feeling." - Stacy Horn, author of several books including Imperfect Harmony: Finding Happiness Singing With Others.
