Patrick Garot was a working writer in Hollywood from 1999 to 2001, who worked rewrites of a few major tent-poles in SciFi, on the strength of his 'Full Total Vee' spec. His entrée into CAA was his novel MYTH, the Trojan War set in modern New York City. HIs Bob Bookman entrée was a script "The Good Guys Club" about Manhattan 20-somethings who learn how to grow up.
