Kasia Szustow

Kasia Szustow (IPG) is a certified intimacy coordinator, member of the European Intimacy Practitioners' Guild, facilitator of safer creative processes for performance art. She coordinated more than 100 scenes for 20 international films and series productions (PL, DE, US, CH, RO, GR, ES), serving SAG-AFTRA stars and debuting students. Kasia was the driving force behind the creation of the "Polish Guidelines for Intimate Scenes, 2022", which were developed through a collaborative process involving 18 representatives from various prominent Polish film organizations representing all film departments. In collaboration with a group of experts, she co-curated the program of the International Conference for Intimacy Coordination in Berlin (2024). She is a graduate of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw (MA Theatre Studies) and the Warsaw School of Economics (post-MA: Project Management, post-MA: Coaching). She was a guest lecturer at the Filmwissenschaft Institut Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (2023-2024). Following a seven-year period in Zurich (2016-2023), she is based in Cologne, Germany.
