Maria Patti was born in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. She is an Italian American Actress. Her Father John came from a very artistic family of singers, artists and actors. Her mother Lucia came from an obsessive-compulsive family that loved to clean. Both parents led to a very amusing household to say the least. She was acting at the age of four-years-old on the stoops of Brooklyn for the neighborhood. By 5 years old she sang on stage "Here Comes Suzie Snowflake" for the Catholic priests, nuns and patrons for a Christmas benefit.
By 9 years old the family moved to Queens, New York. From then on, she took as many acting and singing classes she could. Math was certainly not her strong suit. High School was more of the same. Nothing was more exciting than to be on stage. She is married to Joseph Patti and has 2 sons, Joseph and Andrew.
Eventually the family came to Scottsdale, AZ. There she pursued the film/TV track at Scottsdale Community College. She became a well -versed screenwriter. She taught Stand-Up Comedy and Sketch Comedy Writing at the school. She appeared many times on TV showcasing the students who were among doctors, comics, clowns and the everyday mom and dad who wanted to try the craft. She has done stand-up herself at "The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
She has won best actress award for "Over the River and Through the Woods." An ariZoni nomination for "Menopause the Comedy." Notably recognized for "Streetcar Named Desire as Blanche Dubois. In Film, Best Actress for "Here We Go" and Giving Up the Ghost."
Maria has been seen on ABC Chanel 15 AZ as "The Savvy Chic Shopper."
She has writes, produced and starred in her own Indi Films. Sunday Bloom and Serenity.
