- Son of WWE Legend Tonga Fifita a.k.a. Haku.
- Brother of professional wrestlers Pate Leone (Tama Tonga) and Taula Koloamatangi (Hikule'o).
- Was trained for professional wrestling by his father Tonga Fifita and Aldo Ortiz (Ricky Santana), before joining the Team 3D Wrestling Academy of Mark LoMonaco and Devon Hughes (a.k.a. The Dudley Boyz). Was signed to a WWE developmental contract in early 2009, then wrestled on the WWE Smackdown! (1999) roster as Camacho, before appearing on TNA as Micah, then moving to New Japan Pro Wrestling as Tangaloa.
- Former defensive end football player for the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Played at the Houston Bowl.
- Earned his bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Texas at El Paso in December 2004, later choosing to pursue a master's degree in public administration.
- Set an unofficial record for the most swear words uttered while participating in a professional wrestling match, at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 11 (2017).
