Mary Helen began her acting career in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mary Helen is passionate about advocacy and human rights. It is her goal as an artist to amplify the voices of those who need to be heard through truthful, compassionate story-telling that sparks empathy, understanding, & positive change. She is particularly interested in projects and roles that empower women of all colors and ethnicities and promote human rights and equity (which she believes can be done with both kindness and humor).

Mary Helen is a Meisner trained actor with extensive experience both on stage and on camera.

Mary Helen is a classically trained singer with a background in Musical Theater and Vocal Performance as well as Film and Television.
