Farhana is about a middle-class mother takes a call centre job due to her financial reasons, and that gives her freedom, but it leads into a web of dangers. Farhana marks yet another milestone for Dream Warrior Pictures, with films like Joker, Dheeran, Adhigaram Ondru, Aruvi and Kaidhi and Bhola (in Hindi) under their belt, have come up with yet another potential blockbuster Farhana.

One of the major players in the South Indian film industry, Dream Warrior Pictures has been producing significant stories for the silver screen. With Bholaa, a remake of their own Tamil blockbuster Kaidhi, the company recently ventured into Bollywood as co-producers.

Now with Farhana, the production house is adding one more special film into their kitty. Aishwarya Rajesh, who has earned a reputation as one of the most sought-after actresses of this generation, plays a Muslim family home maker besides making a living by working in a call centre.

Director Abdul Majith, who is best known for directing the Vijay-starrer ‘Thamizhan’, is now producing and directing a big budget film that will shine a light on unscrupulous brokers. The yet-to-be-titled film, which features actors Vimal and Yogi Babu in the lead, will feature Champika and Aishwarya Dutta in pivotal roles.

Says a source in the know, “The world is dominated by brokers who play a part in many transactions. While some of the brokers function professionally, many brokers act in an unethical manner keeping their interests in mind and without giving due importance to the requirements of their clients.

“How the film’s protagonist (Vimal) saves people from such self – centred brokers will be the crux of the plot. The film will have adequate amounts of sentiment, humour, action and romance. Besides, it will drive home a significant message.”

Ace director Sundar C’s upcoming family entertainer ‘Coffee With Kadhal’ will hit the screens on November 4, its makers announced on Friday.

Initially, the film was expected to release on October 7. However, the makers have now officially announced the film’s release date as November 4.

The romantic-comedy with a big star cast revolves around three brothers.

“The film is about three brothers played by Srikanth, Jiiva and Jai. All three brothers have characters that are in stark contrast with one another. While Srikanth is an introvert, Jai plays an extrovert in the film. Jiiva strikes a balance being both an introvert and an extrovert.

“The story is based on their romantic relationships, their family bonds, and the problems that erupt between them,” Sundar C had said during the audio and trailer launch of the film.

Sources close to the unit of the film say that shooting was completed well on time and that even the post production work of the film is in its last phase.

The team is all set to release the first song from the film on Friday.

Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, known for having made blockbusters like ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’, ‘Aruvi’ and ‘Khaidi’, the film will see Aishwarya playing a character that she has not essayed earlier.
