Brianna Murphy(I)

Brianna has adored costumes since she opened her first dress-up box. Her design philosophy focuses on keeping costumes firmly rooted in character and story. From the most elegant gown to the grimiest villain the audience should feel like they could touch that character. She thinks about clothing from a holistic story point of view and revels in collaborating with directors, actors, and other department heads to make words on a page become living breathing characters.

Outside of her life in costumes Brianna is snowboarding, cooking with friends, or getting outside. In 2020 Brianna began Producing projects she feels passionate about in her (albeit limited) free time. The first short she produced "Raspberry" premiered at Sundance in 2021.
