Deanna Moore(I)
- Actress
- Producer
- Director
Actress Deanna Moore has appeared on ABC's "Castle," the web series "You'll Be Fine" and "In Reverie." She also stars opposite Tiny Lister in the television pilot, "The Tempest," and can be seen in many national commercials including such brands as DirecTV, Pure Fitness and ExxonMobil. It's no wonder Moore's resume continues to grow.
Currently, Moore stars and produces (along with writer Ben Zelevansky) "Bad Shorts," a sketch comedy web series that was nominated for a 2015 Writers Guild Award for Short Form New Media. The two met while working on the FOX sitcom, "Breaking In," starring Christian Slater and Megan Mullally. "Bad Shorts" is also frequently featured on Funny or Die.
Usually cast as "the pretty, smart girl with a great sense of humor," Moore is inspired by the work of Aubrey Plaza, Anna Kendrick and Alison Brie - actresses who play roles that range from sarcastic and dark to hilariously coy and even a bit neurotic. On a sidebar, Moore was a regular stand-in and photo double for actress Brie on both "Community" and "Mad Men."
This Arizona State University graduate enjoys volunteering as a Senior Buddy with the Motion Picture Television Fund and is a proud member of Women in Film, serving on both the Documentary and Public Service committees.
