Born in Michigan, Dave Galanter started his career as a novelist for Pocket Books penning works for various Star Trek titles alongside Greg Brodeur, later he would go on to pen several more Star Trek titles solo.
He contributed to the Star Trek fan film series, Phase II revising their series bible and penning several episodes. He was also the owner of several comic book related websites.
Dave passed away in December 2020 due to complications from cancer.
