Randolph Sturrup is a Content Creator and Producer based in New York City. He has worked for some of the top cable networks including: HBO, VH-1, MTV Networks, BET and Nickelodeon. While at Nickelodeon, he was the Manager of Production and Development for several successful Nickelodeon series.
Randolph is a Tony Award nominated Producer. He was on the producing team on the Broadway revivals of Tennessee Williams'"A Streetcar Named Desire" starring Blair Underwood and "The Trip to Bountiful" starring Tony Award winner for Best Actress in a play Cicely Tyson. Both plays were honored by the Actors' Equity Association with the "Extraordinary Excellence in Diversity on Broadway Award". In addition, Randolph was on the producing team on the Tony Award nominated Broadway play "Eclipsed" starring Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong'o. He was the Co-Creator & Executive Producer on the series franchise "The Graduates" on Aspire TV.
Randolph is a Fellowship Recipient for the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) and a member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Science, NAMIC and Independent Feature Project NY (IFP). He supports several community and non-profit organizations including the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, Museum of Moving Image, ASPCA and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
