Ivan Djuricic was born in Zagreb, Croatia. He finished acting at Academy of Drama Art in Zagreb. His first major role was Mario in Goran Kulenovic's "Play Me a Love Song". Still as a student he played in Ulysses Theatre founded by Rade Serbedzija. He still plays in some shows in Ulysses Theatre.
After that he played in several croatian theaters including Applause Theatre where he played mostly in musicals.
Having played different genres in theatre (classical plays, contemporary plays, comedies, dramas, musicals...) this diversity continued in television and films.
He also often did voice acting in animated films for television.
