Kate Middleton is working out again after being forced to take a hiatus from the gym amid medical issues.

As you’ve likely heard by now, Kate was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.

Naturally, the news forced her to make a number of major changes in her life, not the least of which was slowing down.

Since the moment that she first tied the knot with Prince William, Kate has enjoyed a reputation as one of the hardest working royals.

However, her illness forced her to step away from public life.

It also forced her to forgo her beloved workout routine. But now, in one of the most encouraging signs yet that her recovery is proceeding apace, Kate has hopped back on the treadmill.

Sweat sessions in the gym are back on for Kate Middleton. The Princess of Wales, 42, is reportedly returning to exercise now that she’s cancer-free following chemotherapy treatment. Meanwhile, Prince William’s given an update on how “well” she’s doing.

Going to the gym is once again part of Kate’s routine. Speaking to Hello! magazine about Kate’s progress, royal biographer Robert Jobson shared: “From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well. She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do.”

According to Cosmopolitan U.K., Kate prefers the Harbour Club in the Chelsea neighborhood of London, England. Since relocating to Windsor, England, in 2022, Kate will presumably have had to find a new gym closer to home or embrace at-home workouts.

Jane Pauley started asking Meghan about her own experiences with suicidal ideations instead of focusing on the aspect of parents helping other parents.

As Monsters and Critics has reported, Jane asked Meghan, “You suffered too, personally contemplating killing yourself…is what suicidal ideation is. I can see you are uncomfortable with my even going there.”

During the short interview, Jane spoke to parents who had lost a son to suicide because of online bullying through social media, and that segued into asking Meghan about her past.
