Edward Furlong's latest movie role has been terminated. The 35-year-old Terminator 2 star was fired from Other Plans following his alleged assault bust on Sunday. Joe Eckardt of Rock On! Films told E! News in a statement: "I feel very bad for Eddie, he needs help right now to get him through this time of his life, and we wish him well, but our production has suffered way too long waiting for him to be clear of all his legal issues. It's time to move on now and make our film without him." Furlong was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor battery and booked on $50,000 bail. As of Wednesday afternoon, a source told E! Nima Fakhrara has been hired to score the crime action thriller The Courier. The movie starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Mickey Rourke and Til Schweiger centers on a daredevil courier who’s pursued by corrupt cops and rival crime bosses when he has to deliver a briefcase to a notorious underworld figure who can’t be found. The film is directed by Hani-Abu Assad, who is best known for helming the Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe-winning political thriller Paradise Now. The movie’s screenplay is written by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas (3:10 to Yuma, Wanted). The project is arguably the highest-profile scoring assignment to date for Fakhrara. No release date has been set yet for The Courier.

Today we have the full trailer for "Pizza Man," a superhero film starring Frankie Muniz ("Malcolm in the Middle"), Shelley Long (The Money Pit), Corbin Bernsen (Major League), Diamond Dallas Page, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Adam West and Stan Lee. What can I say about Sybil Danning that would be a surprise to anyone? Gorgeous, talented, fun to watch. In whatever project she appears, Danning is always completely committed. Watching her as I have over the years, I see not only chops, but a healthy sense of humor as well. I feel like she “gets it,” if that makes any sense. The Last Revenants is a new horror film starring, and being produced by, legendary action star Sybil Danning through her company Adventuress Productions!

Danielle Harris, Danny Trejo, Debbie Rochon, Melantha Blackthorne, Suzi Lorriane, and Brooke Lewis will co-star. The plot? The adventures of the last four vampires on Earth! Sybil Danning is "Miss Lydia", a vampiress mentor. The project is being directed by Joe Eckardt (High Hopes, Champion) and a late fall 2009 on-location filming schedule is being planned for Northern California, USA.

Brooke Lewis is a prolific actress with dozens of acting credits to her name. However, Brooke is not only a previous off Broadway actress, but an executive producer, producer, director, and promoter of horror films and now one of several stars in the upcoming "iMurders," which, as previously reported here, will show in a limited engagement in Pasadena this July 25.
