Enrico Altmann grew up in Leipzig/ East Germany with a passion for the craft of filmmaking. In the years following Germany's reunification he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in visual effects and set decoration.
With over 45 films to his credit he has worked with some of the top visual effects companies in the industry.
In 2006 and 2007 he received award nominations from the Visual Effects Society including for "The Good Shepherd". The past couple of years kept him busy working on stop-motion animated feature films such as "Kubo And the Two Strings" or "Missing Link" and "Alien Xmas" as well as animated TV shows like "Robot Chicken" and the MARVEL show "M.O.D.O.K."
