Actress-producer Divya Khosla Kumar donned a 15kg lehenga for the recently released song ‘Saure Ghar’ from her upcoming film ‘Yaariyan 2’. In the song, Divya plays a bride. The actress pulled off the heavy lehenga, along with high heels as well as heavy jewellery while shooting the song in hilly regions which makes it much more difficult and challenging to carry.

The shoot also involved consecutive night shoots making the schedule an exhausting one. However, Divya did it all without breaking a sweat and literally left everyone on set very impressed.

Ever since Salman Khan posted on Twitter a message saying his friend director Vinay Sapru had 'churaoed' a song from the Salman starrer Tere Naam for Vinay's film Sanam Teri Kasam, there has been plenty of buzz on whether Salman has accused Vinay Sapru of plagiarism.

But Vinay who has been closely associated with Salman for years, having co-directed (along with Radhika Rao) the songs of several Salman starrers including Dabangg, says this was Bhai's way of drawing attention to Sanam Teri Kasam.

Says Vinay, "When I expressed a desire to show Salman Khan my film Sanam Teri Kasam, the first thing he said was that it reminded him of his own film Tere Naam. He then wanted to know why I had not gone to him before to get attention for my film. But there is always a long line of favour seekers at Salman's place. I didn't want to add to it.

He isn’t new to the world of films. Reason being that he has been doing a few films down South, and is already a known name there. However, when it came to Hindi films, he had to wait for a while. Not someone to give up and just leave it all on destiny, new youngster on the block, Harshvardhan Rane, continued to be persistence in his Bollywood journey and made sure sooner or later, he did manage to make inroads. It is this confidence in him that made Harshvardhan step into Radhika Rao & Vinay Sapru’s Sanam Teri Kasam, even though it was originally supposed to star another youngster!

This Valentine season the censor board is in the mood to fall in love with love. Four romantic films have been cleared with virtually no cuts.

First one off the shelf is Loveshhuda, a rom-com featuring Girish Taurani and debutante Navneet Kaur Dhillon on February 19. The film has been certified with a UA with no cuts. Though there were certain shots, dialogues and situations that were sexual in nature, the censor board raised no objection as the producer agreed to a 'UA'

However, the co-directors Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao of the other Valentine release Sanam Teri Kasam (which opens on 5th February) were keen on a 'U' certificate. So they were asked to snip off small portions of their dialogues.

The forthcoming intense love story from Eros International Sanam Teri Kasam, has already received praises for its music. The film has been directed by the talented duo of Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao and has debutants Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane in the lead roles. The films music has been composed by the multi-talented Himesh Reshammiya. Himesh’s last successful album was the super hit music of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The music of Prdp was naturally very traditional, and his music in Sanam Teri Kasam is romantic and modern which is almost the complete opposite, thus showcasing his versatility as a Music Director. Two songs from the album have already released which are the title track and ‘Kheench Meri Photo’. A peppy, happy song with music by multi talented Himesh Reshammiya, ‘Kheench Meri Photo’ has been sung by India’s RAWstar finalists Darshan Raval and Akasa Singh along with popular playback singer Neeti Mohan. This is Darshan’s second song for Himesh having previously lent his vocals to ‘Jab Tum Chaho’ for ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. Akasa has sung for Himesh for the first time. Himesh once again, continues to show his trust when supporting new and upcoming singers.

Eros International’s forthcoming romantic film ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ has just seen the release of its title track. The song launched via the Eros Now website, and also had a special launch event which was attended by singers Palak Muchhal, Ankit Tiwari and the films leading lady Mawra Hocane.

Eros Now have not only released the promo to the song, but also the full audio as well! The song has a haunting melody (and excellent guitar rifts) which have been composed by the multi talented Himesh Reshammiya. The title song has been sung by popular singers Ankit Tiwari and Palak Muchhal.

Ever since the new trailer of Sunny Deol and Kangna Ranaut starrer I Love NY has hit the web, the long delayed film has caught up in a web of legal controversy. According to reports, release of the film's trailer has irked Kangna and apparently she has even sent a legal notice to the producers, T-Series, for going ahead with the release without taking her consent. However, Bhushan Kumar, head honcho of T-Series has a completely different story to tell. While many are left surprised over the fact if the actor has a say in the release of the film, Bhushan Kumar clarifies on it saying, "No actor gives permission (for release) until and unless she is an Intellectual Property Rights (Ipr) member of the film." Further, the producer also added that the rights of the film were sold more than 18 months ago to Wave Cinemas and has no control over the film's release.
