Michelle Zeitlin has utilized the power of the arts and performance to manifest positive change and personal growth; her mantra is "passion to power" and that is also the name of the podcast and platform she offers worldwide. Michelle has a B.A. in liberal arts from St. Mary's College in Los Angeles and dance, drama, film and music training from life and work experience as performer, producer and talent manager. Michelle is a mentor and coach through her educational platform, PASSION TO POWER.
Michelle is especially proud of her ability to scout, source, develop and launch careers and to reposition professionals "on their yellow brick road to success." She leads with her intuition and ability to know talent innately. With a client list that includes award winners and early achievers, Michelle works with top agencies in Hollywood and the UK to offer hands-on, nurturing and strategic development and attention, and to create longevity with the best opportunities for both growth in life and professional spheres. The word "team" is important to Michelle, and is reflected in how she operates both personally and professionally.
As a talent and literary representative, her clients are "actors, artists and authors" and she is proud of the development of "people and projects" for original content in all media, including in publishing, including over 1.5 million books sold for the deal she negotiated (on behalf of former client/author Patrice Karst) THE INVISIBLE STRING, with the publisher, Hachette, Little Brown for Young Readers with co-agent, Jane C Hamilton. Other books on the roster are Steve Dorff's biography about his rise in music and his hits with Whitney Houston, Willie Nelson, Barbra Streisand. Book with Backbeat, Rowman & Littlefield. Performing Arts book with Matthew Shaffer, MFA and theatre director/choreographer.
As the President of More Zap Productions & Management LLC in Los Angeles, her outstanding clients have won a Grammy, Emmy, Spirit and Tony award. Since 2021, Zeitlin has been offering specialty workshops on wellness, with mind and body content, in association with leading fitness and dance brands and partnering with major venues such as the Carillon, Miami, and the Four Seasons in Westlake, CA. Her work representing and managing Dr. Paul L. Hokemeyer, leading psychologist and author of FRAGILE POWER, includes creating original fact based content for live workshops and recorded media. With MprooV, the sports tech company, Michelle is the creator of a new dance school app for enthusiasts in many dance styles, bringing in an international roster of ballet, jazz, gymnastics, tap, heels and Latin style master class instructors. The beta was launched in Spring 2024, and a talent scholarship will be awarded by Michelle with Sophina DeJesus, More Zap client and ambassador. Future plans include offering subscriptions and an online training platform to scale.
Speaking engagements include dance topic at Move It, London, to authors and screenwriters at 805 Writers Conference, fitness pros at IDEA, and themed entertainment creators at THEA. Honors and awards include "BEST TV Producer Pitch" at the Banff TV Festival, and the Leap Award with Entrepreneur. Her work is also offered for education, arts and film schools around the world, including residencies at the InStudio School, LA Center Studios and UC Weston, The Space, Australia and PDC in Tokyo, Japan.
Her acting roles include working with, and being hired by Debbie Allen for "Fame," for which she shot the original 13 episodes, series regular/dancer/singer. She guest starred on several prime time TV shows, and performed dozens of lead roles in stage productions across the country, eventually earning her place alongside creator, Michael Bennett ( A Chorus Line ) on the Broadway Workshop, "Scandal." She was selected for a principal role among over two thousand others at the open auditions at 890 Studios in lower Manhattan, and Mr. Bennett called Michelle "Diva," a nickname that resonates. The cast involved with that historic workshop included Broadway stars including Treat Williams, Swoosie Kurtz, Kelly Bishop and then assistant choreographer, Jerry Mitchell.

Her journey began as a classical ballet dancer in early youth, with scholarships and then company positions in New York City. She danced with the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group, and was chosen to work with Michael Bennett on the creation of the Broadway Show, SCANDAL in her early 20's. Michelle has also performed, produced, cast and choreographed numerous high profile TV projects, feature films, campaigns and commercials over four decades in front and behind the cameras, on stage and offstage--where her grit, resilience, and drive has enabled her and those around her to flourish.
