Chris Warren(III)

Warren was born in London, England in 1950 and started in the film business straight from school as a go-fer in the sound dept of Ewart (now Capital) studios London. He moved up to sound assistant then left to freelance with RAI (Italian Television). He joined Samuelson Film Service London at the inception of video assist in commercials and feature films. He helped build new video systems for cameras, including Panavision Panaflex, PVSR, and Panaflex X, plus Mitchell S35, BLs, Arri 3s and 2cs. He became Senior Video Technician, and arranged various video presentations for Charity Film Premiers and special BAFTA evenings. He also arranged and co-ordinated video on major feature films. He left Samuelsons after 8 years to start his own company, freelancing as video coordinator in major feature films and commercials, supplying equipment and also giving training to video operators throughout Europe.
