Awarded the Norwegian Theatre Critics Award (Teaterkritikerprisen) for
2003. Voted on by Norwegian theatre critics, the award was first handed
out in 1939 and is considered the most coveted critics award in Norway.
He won the award for his portrayal of 'George' in a highly acclaimed
stage-version of "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?".
