Stan Sellers was born and raised in Washington D.C. He began his acting
career at the Back Alley Theatre, founded by Naomi Eftis. During that
time he appeared as Otto in "Design For Living," Omar in "Short Eyes,"
and Jr. Balloon in the world premier of Miguel Pinero's "The Sun
Always Shines For The Cool" under the direction of Frederic Lee. While
attending the University of Maryland Stan began performing stand-up comedy at campus events and local clubs. From there he moved to San Francisco where he
was a regular at the world famous Holy City Zoo. Other comedy club
appearances include Zanies, Laughs Unlimited, the Funny Bone,
Giggles, Yuk Yuks, to name a few. After guest starring on two
episodes of "Seinfeld," Stan's resume began to grow; "ER," "Friends,"
"The West Wing," "CSI," and CSI:Miami" along with many others. His most recent television appearances include ABC Family's "Bunheads," Nickelodeon's "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn," and Judd Apatow's "Love" on HBO. He continues to perform stand-up comedy clubs and corporate events throughout the US and Canada.
