Studied Dramatic Arts and English Literature at the University of Alabama, and HB Studio in NYC. Afterwards, moved to Spain to work in the then popular spaghetti westerns and large budget epic features being shot in Spain. Doctor Zhivago, Battle of the Bulge, The Hill. Etc.
Also success in Spanish productions playing cowboys, American servicemen and foreign hippies. Featured supporting role in Camino al Rocio as a US Air Force officer with Francisco Rabal, Arturo Fernandez and Carmen Sevilla.
Taking an interest in photography, he began a 40 year career in photojournalism and advertising, managing a successful advertising studio in Madrid until 2009 when Robert returned professionally to his first love of the theatre and films.
After closing his photography studio in 2009, he has appeared extensively in amateur theater in Madrid and as an actor/model in international films and advertising.
