Suraj Prakash(I)

Suraj Prakash was very talented director who dominated the Indian film screens in the 1960's and 70's. Suraj Prakash mostly worked with Shashi Kapoor then later on Raj Babbar. He attempted to start a film under his home production titled "Sweetheart". It starred Shashi Kapoor and Asha Parekh. For unknown reason's it remained unreleased. The film Sweetheart was presented by wife Harjeet Kaur. The two met when she worked at Handoom House Bombay. The two of them would go on to have a son named "Bobby Anand" who later became a film producer and made Ravaan Raaj. They also had. a daughter named Devika Kent who was married to film producer Bubby Kent. She tragically passed away from a heart attack. Suraj Prakash leaves behind a great legacy and beautiful films that people still enjoy.
