Isabella Parkinson had her debut in Brazil with the play "Mattogrosso", directed by Gerald Thomas. She studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York. She moved to Berlin in 1993 to join the ensemble of the Volksbühne, one of the most renowned German theatre companies, directed by Frank Castorf. She has a successful theatre career, having been in more than 20 plays. Isabella is fluent in Portuguese, English and German. She lives in Berlin and Rio de Janeiro and has a daughter.
