- Pierre Desproges was born on May 9, 1939 in Pantin, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. He was a writer and actor, known for Les bons conseils du professeur Corbiniou (1981), Nazis dans le rétro (1977) and Merci Bernard (1982). He was married to Helene. He died on April 18, 1988 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France.

He succeeded once to judge Jean-Marie Le Pen, french extreme-right wing leader, without insulting him or evoking him as a fascist, which was a pretty hard thing to do.
