Mario D'Alba began his career under the name of Mario Jacques. He recorded two albums and twelve singles from 1966 to 1970. He then played in musicals such as "La révolution française" (1973) or "Mayflower" (1975). At the end of the seventies, he started in the cinema under the name of Mario d'Alba and played in the films "Les joyeuses colonies de vacances" in 1980 or "Rendez-moi ma peau" in 1982.
