Travon's teacher was impressed and saw that he had a talent for editing.
Deciding to move back to Los Angeles once out of high school. Travon decided to pursue a career in entertainment. Not knowing where to start or sure what field to pursue. He ran into an old high school friend in a music store that told Travon about a film program called Inner City Filmmakers that help young adults get their foot in the door by getting hired in a entry level position such as a Production Assistant or Post Production Assistant. Once Travon applied and was excepted. He took that opportunity to learn and observe of what it takes to produce a production from start to finish. With this new knowledge, Travon took upon himself to start the film company Southland Films. Now producing Films and TV. Travon will join a long list of fellow legendary filmmakers and make his mark in Entertainment.
