Being a talented craftswoman, she also ran a set design company with her ex-husband.

Resides together with her longtime companion in Munich.

Runs an interior decoration store with her sister Waltraud.

Worked as a bookkeeper to pay her acting studies.

Graduated from the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich (1972).
