He later went on to star as "David Silver" in the long-running teen show Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990). He released an album in 1996 called "One Stop Carnival" and still continues to work on producing music, especially hip-hop, with his production company and in his home studio. More recently, he has had roles as "Luke Bonner" in Resurrection Blvd. (2000) as well as in independent films as "Randy Mecklin" in Purgatory Flats (2003) and "Jack O'Malley" in Cock & Bull Story (2002). - My name is Brian Green by birth. Austin was made up by my parents when I was nine, because there was another Brian Green in the Screen Actors Guild.
- [on his early acting career] A lot of student directors used to pick other students to be in their graduate films, so. I ended up doing a couple of them just for fun. Eventually, I got an agent through a friend and I did some commercials; then I got 'Knots Landing'.
- [on what lead him into his big break] I did some commercials and a couple of B movies, then a few pilots that didn't go anywhere. Eventually I did the pilot for Beverly Hills, 90210. The rest is history.
- [on the passing of his 'Beverly Hills 90210' co-star Shannen Doherty] Shan. My sister...You loved me through everything. You were a big part of my understanding of love. I'll miss you more than I know how to process right now. Thank you for the gift of you.
