Bluto is the boxing champ; Popeye is his challenger; Wimpy the timekeeper. Popeye is pounded mercilessly until Olive comes by with a can of spinach.

Sylvester Cat discovers Tweety Bird in a pet store window. Tweety is taken to be delivered by truck to a new owner - Granny. Sylvester chases the delivery truck to Granny's home, where Granny has a huge, fenced-in area for her army of bulldogs. Sylvester makes several unsuccessful attempts to pass the dogs and reach Tweety inside Granny's house.

Tom and Jerry battle on the ledges of a tower block, but join forces when Tom gets wedged in a drainpipe.

Zartan and Cobra seize the Delta Space Station and destroy G.I. Joe headquarters. Shipwreck and Snake Eyes are lost behind enemy lines while Cobra Commander reveals his plan to deprive the world of electricity.

G.I. Joe sets up temporary headquarters on the U.S.S. Flagg. On the Delta Space Station, Dusty, Buzzer and Mutt work to warn the Joe team about Cobra's plan to plant cubes at strategic locations in order to create the pyramid of darkness.

G.I. Joe sends teams to different parts of the world in order to stop Cobra from planting their electronic cubes. Meanwhile, Shipwreck and Snake Eyes continue to lay low behind enemy lines.

The GI Joe Special Missions force must battle to build a counterweapon to Cobra's teleportation device.

On Halloween, Mike and Chuck decide they would rather watch college football than pass out candy to trick or treaters. Vanessa and Carol are annoyed by this and decide to play a prank on them, which leads to a prank war between the two factions. At Outdoor Man, Kyle dresses up like Ed for the holiday. Ed finds the costume flattering at first, but begins to feel insulted when Kyle's coworkers laugh at his "Ed" impersonations.

Destro builds the Mass Device, which is capable of teleporting objects and people from one location to another. In order to send its beam anywhere in the world, Cobra steals a powerful relay satellite, and captures Duke during the attack.

As Duke tries to escape from Cobra Temple, GI Joe constructs its own Mass Device. The two sides race for three rare elements that power the device, with Scarlett leading the Joes to an arctic mine in order to acquire radioactive crystals.

GI Joe and Cobra battle at the sea floor over heavy water needed for the Mass Device, but must join forces against giant tubeworms; Snake Eyes escapes the crystal mine but is lost in the Arctic while suffering radiation poisoning.
