years and for years has owned a talent management company, Paradise
Management, named after his love of the Caribbean. It was Paradise
Management that was the first management team for country star Kenny
Chesney, who also loves the Caribbean. Bob said Kenny use to tell me
"Bob, I know I can do this. I can be a successful country singer. You
got to help me." Bob did and Kenny made it. Bob has said many times
that Kenny was the most determined person he has ever met.
