Since the age of 14, Riccardo has lived in a home for young people. He misses his mother Antonella, who was taken into care because she suffers from personality disorders, so one day he runs away. He joins his mother, who is being treated in a psychiatric clinic, and helps her to escape. But the magic of the first moments is soon followed by disillusionment.
