- As the movie opens, Spring has arrived in Jellystone Park. Just as fast as tourists arrive, Yogi is up to his usual act of stealing their picnic baskets and any other food he encounters. Ranger Smith is quite used to this by now so he is already there to stop Yogi at every almost every instance. Meanwhile, Yogi's friend Cindy has decided to confess her love to Yogi in hopes that he loves her the same way. One day Ranger Smith receives a call from the San Diego Zoo asking if they may have one of the bears from the park. At that exact moment, Yogi barges in his office demanding that the Ranger had better take down all the "Do Not Feed The Bears" signs or he would like to leave the park. The Ranger takes this opportunity to choose Yogi to be sent to the zoo. Yogi doesn't want to go and convinces another bear to take his place. So that the Ranger doesn't find out, Yogi goes into hiding without even informing Boo-Boo of his whereabouts. Cindy tries to find Yogi but stumbles upon a depressed Boo-Boo who fills her in about Yogi and the San Diego Zoo. However, Yogi is very much still at Jellystone and his food scams are working better than ever now that Ranger Smith thinks he is gone. Ranger Smith learns about a bear who calls himself "The Brown Phantom"(Yogi), and announces to the other bears in the park that whoever it is will be sent to the San Diego Zoo. Cindy hears this and in an effort to see Yogi again(whom she still thinks is at the San Diego Zoo), confesses that it was all her doing. Boo-Boo sees her off and within only moments, Yogi appears to him. Boo-Boo tells him that Cindy had herself sent to the zoo, so Yogi goes and explains to the Ranger the whole situation. The Ranger reveals that he actually sent her to the St.Louis Zoo, and at about this time Cindy, who is on a train, is told by other bears of her actually destination. They help her escape the train but she gets captured by an evil circus owner. It's up to Yogi and Boo-Boo to find and save Cindy, and safely return to Jellystone Park.
- On a rainy day as Uncle Heathcliff is forced to babysit his nephews, and spends the time recounting his adventures, he meets a cat who looks just like him, one where he winds up working for a mob boss, one where his dad gets released from prison but he thinks he escaped, one where he actually tries to be good, and a few others. In one tale, Heathcliff's pop gets parole, although Heathcliff thinks he's escaped; in another, Heathcliff's "good angel" conscience makes a short-lived appeal to his saintly side. Nostalgia reigns as the tabby holy terror plays various roles of television star, wrestling champ, and neighborhood bully.
- Pam's sheepdog, Daisy, wanders into nosy neighbor Mrs. Sesslick's yard and starts harassing her cat, Ballard. Mrs. Sesslick chases Daisy with her broom, and after Daisy breaks Mrs. Sesslick's front screen door she calls the dog pound. Grandpa also starts chasing Ballard, and when Mr. Conroy, the dog catcher arrives, Grandpa bumps into him and both Conroy and Grandpa lose their glasses. Conroy mistakenly puts on Grandpa's glasses and takes him to the dog pound, thinking Grandpa is a dog. It's then up to Scott, his family, Stiles, and Boof to rescue Grandpa from the pound.
- In this pilot episode, Scott's Grandma comes across the old family album; Scott's ancestors likewise turned into werewolves during a full moon. Scott runs into Pam on the way home from school and Mick, Pam's jealous boyfriend, threatens Scott. Scott's family album becomes mixed into Pam's pile of books; the family album is in the back seat of Mick's car (which looks very much like a 1986 Camaro). Scott, with Stiles' help, attempts to retrieve the family album before all his other friends discover his family's secret.
- Scott, Stiles and Boof head out of town to celebrate Scott's winning touchdown, armed with a potion made by grandma that prevents him from wolfing out for the night. But when it spills and he changes, Scott feels somewhat normal in his werewolf form amongst the punk rocker scene.
- Scott and his family mysteriously are unable to control their wolf outs and worry they are the town monster that has been on the news. The family realize that Loopy's science fair project is responsible for their behavior, but are still uncertain who or what caused all the damage in their home.
- Scott and his family make a trip to Rottenberg, Transylvania to reconnect with their past. However, danger lurks when the townspeople seem very spooked by the castle the family inherited. After a series of frightening instances, the family realizes there is nothing to be frightened about.
- Scott Howard thought life as a werewolf could'not get any worse but things are about to get even hairier when it's time for the yearly family reunion at his house and trying to keep his hairy family secret from neighbors and unbeknownst friends becomes really tricky especially when Stiles thinks it's a good idea to show Scott's attractive cousin Eva around Wolverton on the night of a full moon and things get worse when Mick starts to show interest in Scott's cousin when he's meant to be dating Pam, but things get resolved when they manage to secret themselves away back home after a trip to Wolvertons own 'Werewolf Land' theme park.
- Jules Wiley has been totally absorbed by her relationship for the last five years. When her boyfriend dumps her unexpectedly, Jules has to come to terms with the fact that she's let her female friendships fall apart, and plan a girls night out in an attempt to win them back.
