Hudson High School estimates an enrollment of 1,649 students for the 2024-25 school year, according to a June 5 report from school district representatives.

Hudson Superintendent Nick Ouellette added a few caveats with that number: like how it only represents the number of students taking five or more classes — and that the number can change over the summer.

Ouellette said post-remodel, high school enrollment numbers were well over 1,800, estimating that he thought they were at a number like 1,880.

"So we're starting to see that come down," Ouellette said.

The high school's enrollment numbers have gone down from the May 1, 2024, report of 1,688 students, while the school district's total middle school enrollment has gone up — from 1,082 in the May report to 1,095 students as of June 5.

Ouellette said these enrollment numbers usually look higher this time of year, because students and their families have yet to report to the school that they are going elsewhere.
