Hudson's annual July 4 celebration, Booster Days, is still a go, despite the St. Croix River flooding the Lakefront Park grounds, according to an event representative.

Booster Days has many of its festivities at Lakefront Park. Right now, there is still plenty of dry land for the event, which lasts from July 4 to July 7.

If the river floods over Old Bridge Road, however, that could present an issue with nowhere to light off fireworks. Organizers for Booster Days still feel good about this year being one of their best, according to the representative.

Booster Days now has enough road barricades for events after Berwald Roofing and the city of New Richmond made donations. There is no cover charge to attend.

The schedule is as follows:

Thursday July 4

- Beer garden, bingo, bands and activities

Friday July 5

- Beer garden, bingo, bands and activities

Saturday July 6

- Parade at 11 a.m. down 2nd St.

- Car show 2 p.m.-6:30 p.m.

Beer garden, bingo, bands and activities

Sunday July 7

- Beer garden, bingo, bands and activities

- Fireworks at Dusk
