Booster Days now has a detour in its Saturday, 11 a.m. parade — after the St. Croix River flooded parts of Lakefront Park.
The updated detour route for during the parade, according to the city of Hudson, the police department and the event committee.
The Hudson Police Department announced this route for during the parade:
- Going north, the route is Coulee Rd to Carmichael Road.
- Turn left onto Sherman Road and then Sherman Road to Baer Drive to St Croix Street.
- Take St. Croix Street to 7th St. Turn right onto 7th St until you get to River.
- Make a left onto River, and back to 2nd St.
- If you are going south, you will take River Street to 7th St. Take a right on 7th St and go to St. Croix Street and make a left once you get to the stop sign at St. Croix and Baer Drive.
- Continue on Baer Drive until you get to Sherman Road. Once at Sherman Road, turn right and you will be back at Carmichael Road.

The detour was confirmed by a representative of the event. As of now, the event is still scheduled to start festivities tomorrow at 3 p.m. in Lakefront Park.
