Jennifer Lopez just put a very J.Lo spin on cottagecore.
During the latest escapade in her ongoing summer vacation at the Hamptons, the multi-hyphenate executed the pastoral trend in her own unique way. This essentially meant embracing cottagecore’s tenets of natural fabrics and rural illustrations via a delicate white linen set from Zimmermann.
The luxurious co-ord—which consisted of a front-tie blouse and a pair of high-waisted shorts—included floral cross-stitching embroidery in pink, blue, and green all along the plunging neckline, the billowing long sleeves, and up the sides of the bottoms.
Lopez accessorized the look with plenty of gold accents, from a massive chain necklace to a lion head bracelet from Van Cleef & Arpels. She tied the ensemble together with a few more essential pieces, including her go-to purple-tinted octagonal shades from Chloé and a straw bag by Dior.
On the beauty side, the “Can’t Get Enough” singer embraced natural glam with her signature nude lip color. She also wore her honey blonde hair up in a tight high ponytail.
The sighting came ahead of Lopez’s 55th birthday bash, which was apparently Bridgerton-themed. People reported that multiple guests were seen arriving for the event dressed in Regency-era attire, and that the party itself required a massive operation: “Workers were photographed setting up for the event, with a horse trailer, valet, security, waiters and more present outside of where the party was being held. Additionally, trucks carrying furniture and flowers could be seen being unloaded ahead of the party.”
Lopez’s reportedly estranged husband, Ben Affleck, did not attend the event.
