Biography
Allison is currently the Human Resources Director at His Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS).
Allison is an experienced senior civil servant and prior to joining HMCTS, held a variety of senior HR roles at the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education and His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs. In these roles, she developed great experience of supporting large, dispersed and complex operational teams as a HR leader.
Allison is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute Personnel and Development (CIPD).
