Combustion is an occult horror, with the creepy, possessed, child element that can make stories of this ilk very sinister indeed. It will grip you right from the beginning as a fire-fighter, James, appears to spontaneously combust right in front of his young son, Sam’s eyes.

I have owned a physical copy of this book for far too long! I was so happy that Justin joined our Castle Terror Buddy Read to give me the nudge I needed to finally crack the spine! A book about spontaneous human combustion sounded fun, and it was!
